Bryan Station Band KMEA Assessment Trip
Center For Rural Development
Somerset, KY
Tuesday, March 26, 2013
Dear Parents,
The Bryan Station Symphonic and Concert Bands will be
traveling to Somerset, KY for our annual Kentucky Music Educators
Association Band Assessment. Students will attend their regular “B” day
classes for the 1st and 2nd blocks. They will eat 1st
lunch, and then report to the band room. We will load our equipment and
uniforms on charter buses and travel to the Center for Rural Development in
Somerset. As with all our performances, participation is mandatory.
If your student was not in the marching band, they will need to have
transportation and medical forms
returned in order to travel with us. Failure to return the forms will keep
students from attending and will be considered an unexcused absence.
